About this event
The past few months, AI has helped us build a bunch of apps, tools and automations that have completely changed how Up Strategy Lab operates. We're a small team but we work like we're not — maybe 10x, possibly 100x more output than before.
This is a casual session in Gothenburg where we share how we got there. All of it: the tools, the workflows, the things that actually stuck. We'll cover everything from Claude Code to AI agents, and how AI has touched almost every part of our work — design, sales, marketing, automations.
No dummies here. Just curious people figuring out what's next.

Co-founder, Up Strategy Lab & MuchSkills
Noel Braganza is a designer and founder who works at the intersection of technology, behaviour and clear, thoughtful design. As Co-founder of MuchSkills.com and Up Strategy Lab, he draws on a background in Interaction Design and research experience at the MIT Design Lab to build practical tools that help people and organisations understand themselves better.
He is especially interested in questioning inherited assumptions — about work, skills, growth and what it means to build a company with integrity.
